This spinner is made of Walnut and Cherry which has been laminated in three layers to make it extremely durable. Any of you that are skeptical of wooden spinners, give this one a try. I promise you won't be disappointed! This spinner weighs just shy of 30 grams, measuring roughly 1 1/8" x 2 3/8 x 1/2". It is small and FAST! Each one is finished by hand and buffed to a silky smooth finish which feels great in the hand!

The buttons / finger pads are made of Cherry and are held in place with high grade neodymium magnets. The buttons can be easily removed for cleaning.

  To answer a couple of questions:

Q: What makes our spinners more durable than other wooden spinners?

A: The wood we make our spinners of is stabilized by a high pressure laminating process. There are 3 layers of wood, the grain on the center piece of Cherry is perpendicular to the grain on the outer layers of Walnut. These are extremely durable for wood. I have dropped mine several times and it has no splits or cracks.

Q: What is the spin time?

A: My personal spinner is well broken in and I get spin times over 2 minutes. All of our bearings are cleaned and degreased in two steps using a ultrasonic cleaner. 

Q: Can the center bearing be removed?

A: Yes, while it is a very tight fit, they are not glued in place. You should be able to press it out with your thumb. When we assemble them, the wood is slightly warmed and the bearings are ice cold. This makes it go together very easy.

 You are bidding on a single spinner with two chrome ball bearings. The other spinners pictured are not included in this auction. We made this little guy mid January and it has been my EDC ever since. This tri spinner you see in the center of the picture was developed on 2/10. Once we use it for a while and make sure it stands the test of time, it will be listed in a separate auction.
