UK Shipping Policy

UK – we only use reputable and reliable shipping services. The shipping service used depends upon the items/s and the destination. E.g. Our standard free UK shipping uses Royal Mail 48 services.

Orders will be picked, packed and dispatched the same day if received between Monday - Friday and before 3pm order.

Orders received after 3pm Friday and or during the weekend will be picked, packed and dispatched the following Monday.

The customer can choose next day Special delivery by choosing this at the time of checkout.

International Shipping Policy

All international orders are fully tracked. After many years' experience we use the following Services:
European Union - Global Mail (Deutsche Post).
Rest of World or Next day deliveries - DHL.
Australia and America - Royal Mail International Signed for.

If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason you can return the order or part order in its original packaging with product labels and other packaging intact within 30 days for a refund or exchange.  Please indicate if a refund or exchange is required in the return package as well as including a copy or the original invoice to identify yourself and your order.  Please retain proof of postage.

UnderworldUnderwear Limited reserves the right to refuse a refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged in any way.  This does not affect your statutory rights. Return postage is paid by the customer.

We regret that briefs, thongs and other items of an intimate nature once worn cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Customer return postage charges are non-refundable unless the goods are faulty or an incorrect item was sent.  UnderworldUnderwear Ltd is not responsible for missing items or damaged items received due to incorrect and or inadequate return packaging or postage.

If in any doubt get yourself fitted properly…

Band Size Step 1

Please measure in inches, keeping the measuring tape horizontal, measure under your bra directly under your bust after breathing out – you want this measurement to be as small as possible but round up to the nearest whole number (inch).

Use the table below to convert the measurement into your band size. The red is a highlighted example.

Note: After a 38 band, the size should be the closest higher even number to your actual measurement So, 39.5" is a 40 band. A 40" measurement is a 40 band.

Cup Size Step 2

Wearing a none padded bra, standing with straight arms at your side (you may need some help here), measure at the fullest part of your bust making sure the tape is horizontal. Round up to the nearest inch.

Here's an example:

From Step 1: 32.5" is 33" under measurement = 36" band size (see highlighted example in table)
From Step 2: 40" over measurement
Step 3: 40" – 36" = 4" difference or D Cup Size (look difference up in table below)

Example Size is probably a 36D.

Step 3 is a calculation (over – under) = difference. Difference then gives cup size using below table:
