In order for timely handling of your order please submit the payment immediately upon purchase, all payments must be cleared by paypal. Once the payment is cleared item will be shipped within 24 hours unless customization or modification is requested.

Most items will be shipped via USPS First class mail or Fedex ground, Signature will be required on delivery for items with value $50 or more. Most items are shipped within 24 hours of cleared payment unless sizing or other customization is requrested. We will not ship to any addresss other than provided on ebay sales order.

Interenational customers will be responsible for there local custom duties and taxes and we will not help you bypass them. We are not responsible for any delay in deilvery due to custom clearance.

Returns

Please let us know if for any reason you are not satisfied with the product and we will provide you with the Return authoriztion number that you will include when shipping the item back to us. Returns accepted within 14 days of purchase. Goods must be in same condition as sold. Returns will not be accepted for items that have been Sized or Altered in any form of way. Please contact us to get a return authorization number before shipping. If for any reason return is requested for items after the 14 days return period or on item that has been sized or modified we reserve the right to reject the return or assess reasonable restocking fees based on the situation.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping, we recommed item shipped back to us with a valied tracking number and we highly recommend shipping it insured to avoid any loss during shipment.

Warranty

Master's Jewelry offers 90 days limited warranty on all items except otherwise stated on the listing. Warranty will cover manufacturing defects and labor cost for repair works. Single Diamonds larger than 1/10thct are not covered under warranty. If the warranty period has expired we will still be glad to assist you with any repairs, for our customers we provide repair services at wholeslae pricing. Items that have been abused or accidentally damaged or have been worked on or sized by another jeweler are not covered under Master's Jewelry warranty.
