To mark the 20th anniversary of the company Cioks has released the most powerful and versatile power supply for effect pedals on the market – The CIOKS CIOKOLATE. With some additions and a slightly different design they’ve put the DC10 and AC10 power supplies in one box. Loads of power, almost endless compositions of different voltages and a great selection of included Flex cables make this power supply a really strong tool for powering big pedal boards with many different pedals.

The CIOKS CIOKOLATE power supply will power several high current digital pedals, high voltage 18, 24 or even 40V pedals, one or two AC pedals, one or two Radial Tonebone pedals or simulating a dying battery it will power your old favourite fuzz or overdrive. On top of that it will of course also power all your standard 9V pedals from its many isolated outlets.

Our Return Policy:

For any guitar, amplifier, or effect pedal being sold as "New" we offer a 48 hour return policy (not counting the shipping time).
The item MUST be returned in its original condition, with no signs of use, wear and tear, damage, etc., with ALL of its original packaging including all of the original paperwork (manuals, unfilled warranty card, etc.). Any item that is returned that does not meet these conditions will be subject to a restock fee of a minimum of 15% of the purchase price.

The refund amount for any item will be less the original shipping cost, and return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

For any item being sold as used or "As-Is" there are no returns.

Shipping:

Orders placed before 3pm CST Tuesday through Friday are generally shipped the same day, orders placed after 3pm CST are generally shipped the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or Monday will be shipped the following Tuesday. All shipments are sent fully insured by a major carrier (UPS or USPS) and any guitar or amplifier will be sent Adult Signature Required. You will receive notification with the tracking number for any shipment.

For Shipments being paid for via PayPal they can only ship to a PayPal verified Buyer at a PayPal Confirmed Address. For shipments being paid for via credit card, it must ship to the billing address of the cardholder or an authorized ship-to address on your account.

For International shipments please email us with your complete shipping address so that we can get you an accurate shipping cost estimate prior to making your purchase.

Due to the policies of certain manufacturers there are some new products that we can only ship within the US. For those items we will list them with US shipping options only and state it in the description, PLEASE DO NOT ASK US if we can ship those items outside of the US.

Payment:

We use Ebay Checkout for payment for all of our Ebay auctions, with the exception of products that are marked available for in-store pickup. We accept PayPal and all major credit cards for shipments going to a US delivery address. For International shipments PLEASE USE PayPal. All payments need to be made within 7 days of the close of any auction listing, or within 48 hours of any Buy It Now purchase.
