Offering is a antique original pastel painting by Paul R. Koehler of a sailboat scene. The piece is in excellent condition and in a vintage/ antique frame that appears to be the original frame. Signed by the artist. The overall size is 21" x 15.25" and the image measures 16.75" x 11". For the age of the piece it is in excellent condition . I had earlier in the listing not sure it was pastel, but now I am sure that is the median used. I bought the piece at auction described as a pastel.
