Shipping/Handling
The Market Center Mall will do our best to make sure that your item is carefully protected and packaged to ensure safe and secure shipment. Everything that The Market Center Mall sell will have a Fee Charged for Shipping/Handling on everything listed in this sale, the terms of proposed shipping and handling will be outlined below. The Market Center Mall does charge a handling fee, this will be included for packaging materials etc. over and above the shipping costs. We Offer two shipping choices.
I. Reg Mail which is cheap but takes along time for you to get it your item.
2. Priority Mail, I know when you buy something you want it right away. For this reason I like USPS priority mail. Usually you will have your item in a few days
For this SALE the Buyer pays all shipping/handling fee, please used the eBay Calculated Shipping Tool to find the Shipping & Handling fee for this SALE. This will be the charge from our warehouse/store to You.
The Market Center Mall may ship via United States Postal Service. FedEx, or UPS. Please note that the Market Center Mall reserves the right to substitute an equivalent service from another carrier to better meet the needs of a particular situation. If you want need a particular shipping, please e-mail US to see if there might be an extra charge.
Because some customers saying they never got items, since since some Shippers would leave the package on the Porch. eBay seller protection now require us to use Signature Confirmation Tracking. This we have started doing on most items since the items we sell are brought in to our Store for us to sell by local sellers. By using Signature Confirmation Tracking, this protects you the buyer, and our sellers and us.
Payment
Winning Bidders will receive a complete invoice within 24 hours after close of sale. Buyer must contact the Market Center Mall within 3 days following notification of winning the item to make final payment arrangements. The Market Center Mall will invoice the appropriate sales tax if required. Provision of a valid resale certificate or tax-exempt certification with payment may exempt buyers from sales tax. Payment of YOUR Bid plus Shipping /Handling fees must be paid with in 4 days of Sale End. The Market Center Mall accept payment through PayPal with a confirmed address. Credit and debit cards can be used through PayPal. There are no refunds once sale is final. If full payment is not RECEIVED within 4 days of SALE close. The Market Center Mall the right to cancel the transaction and sell the item to another interested party. A Non-Paying Bidder alert will be filed.
Bid Cancellation
If you have in adversity hit the Buy it link or otherwise are unable to abide by terms of our listing, The Market Center Mall will agree to cancel your transaction if contact with the Market Center Mall is made within 24 hours of the original sale end date and time. In all instances, a $2.00 fee will be assessed to accommodate lost time and money on the part of the Market Center Mall and the selling entity. We appreciate your understanding of this matter.
Returns
The Market Center Mall and the Seller, together do our best to present accurate, detailed information about every item listed. If you have any questions, please email us before you buy. All of the Market Center Mall sales and auction items are sold "as-is." Because our items are sold largely on behalf of others, the Market Center Mall is not able to accept returns. In the rare event that an item is received by a buyer and such item is significantly not as Described and Grossly Misrepresented in Auction, and listed without a photo, we will consider a return. We request that the Buyer contact us in the hope that we can adequately resolve the issue to your satisfaction. Please NOTE all items are sold As Is-Where Is. The Market Center Mall may not be the Owner or Seller of these goods, but merely a service provider working with the Seller to facilitate the Auction/Sale of the goods/items. Any Agreement for the sale and purchase of the Goods/Items. Is between YOU the BUYER and the OWNER/SELLER of the GOODS. All goods and services are provided "As Is". The Market Center Mall, the Seller, and their respective Affiliates, Officers, Directors, Employees and Contractors specifically disclaim all implied warranties, Including but not limited to, Warranties of Title, Merchantability, Fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. These are used goods. No Complete thorough Inspection has been Undertaken. You the Buyer bear the entire risk as to quality and performance of the Goods/Items, and you assume the cost of any necessary servicing or repair should the Goods/Items
prove defective after the purchase.
Some states do not allow the disclaimer of implied warranties, so the foregoing disclaimer may not apply to you. This warranty gives you, and you may also have, other legal rights that vary from state to state.
In No Event will the Market Center Mall, the Seller, and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees and contractors be liable for any damages, for any special, incidental or consequential damages (Including lost of profits) arising out of or in connection with any of the Goods or Services Provided (However arising, including negligence). The entire liability of the Market Center Mall, the Seller, and their respective affiliates, officers, directors affiliates, officers, directors, employees and contractors to you or any third parties under any circumstance is limited to the greater of the sales price of the relevant goods or $10.00
Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. Any dispute regarding these services or the offer or Auction/Sale of the goods will be governed by West Virginia law and will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in West Virginia (If the Market Center Mall is a party to the dispute), or the Seller's principal place of business (if the Market Center Mall is not a party to the dispute), regardless of whether the dispute is brought under contract, tort or other principles. You hereby generally and unconditionally submit to and accept the jurisdiction of the courts as described in this paragraph.
