This listing is for ONE Brand New Nichia NUBM44 or NUBM47 450nm 6-Watt 9mm Laser Diode mounted in 12mm x 30mm Metal Housing Module w/ G-2 Glass Lens, 22AWG Silicone Leads and Micro Connector. The 44 and 47 are the same diode just extracted from different blocks. The diodes are meticulously extracted from a new laser diode array.
The module must be inserted in to a heat sink before energizing. A constant current driver of 4.5 Amps or less must be used to power the diode. Do not connect directly to battery or unregulated power supply! Be sure no dust, residue or other material is obstructing the diode window or lens. Each diode is tested for functionality before shipping.
Always wear protective safety glasses or goggles that block this spectrum and intensity of light... You've only got one set of eyes!!!
I normally ship the same day or before the next available pick-up is available. Once your order is placed it will go out right away because I don't want you to have to wait any longer than you have to. Most orders are delivered within 3 business days in the continental US. International orders take longer of course but they have been getting delivered fairly quickly.
