From a 1995 w140 S280 (I have many parts)
Good condition
The Set Comprises:
 - Engine ECU 0175455032
 - Ignition Unit with Steering Lock
 - Infra-red key lock control unit 2108202126
 - Driver door handle with lock
 - One Key

The key fits the two lock barrels included but the lock on the door handle only turns one direction (clockwise = unlock)
So the car door can be unlocked with the mechanical key but not locked (I am not sure why this is)
The fob is working and I have been using this key with the car and driving it recently
