We operate from the UK mainland, supported by e-Commerce websites and our eBay UK shop where we list all our products for customers to bid, buy now and compare prices. We sell our products to UK, Europe and many other worldwide destinations including Australia, USA and Canada.

All our products are sourced via UK official distributors, manufacturers and vendors - They all come with a Minimum of 12 months warranty and 30 Days Hassle-Free Return policy.

All Orders received before 3pm will be dispatched within 1-2 working days. The Delivery service used is specified on the listing description.
Please allow 10 working days from dispatch of your order before notifying us of any late deliveries unless it is dispatched via courier service which you will need to allow no more than 3 days. Large and/or expensive items are usually dispatched via Courier Next Day Delivery Service.

RETURNS

Warranty

All our products come with a minimum of 12 Month Manufacturer's Warranty (unless stated otherwise on the listing description) covering manufacturing defects only. This warranty excludes any damage caused by the user.

If your item develops a fault due to a manufacturing defect please get in contact with us via eBay messaging service. 

Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return postage in any instance. We can only refund or replace items we actually receive. To guarantee receipt you should return the item by a signed for service; this will provide you with a proof of receipt. All Returns are processed within 5 working days of receipt at our Return Department. Please ensure you include your eBay user ID, listing number and reason for return; otherwise the refund will be delayed.

Returns

Hitari Trade operates a 30 day returns policy to ensure 100% satisfaction guarantee.

Any item purchased from Hitari Trade may be returned for refund or exchange within 30 days of the dispatch date, providing that the item still unused, unopened and in its original condition. Please contact us first before you return any item. Once item is received, it will be inspected and if confirmed unused unopened and in its original condition, we will exchange it or issue a full refund as per your request minus the initial postage cost.
