• Items Will be Shipped by Royal Mail/Parcel Force/MyHermes/DHL/Fedex within one Business day of receiving full payment.
• We do not deliver to Post Office boxes. Deliveries are by courier, therefore we need a full delivery address.
• Standard FREE shipping takes between 2-5 business days. If you haven't received your parcel within 5 days please contact us.
• Deadline for Next Day Delivery is 4PM.
• Please note that in some cases (e.g. long weekends, bank holidays) delivery can be little delayed.
• We only ship to the approved address given in PayPal payment.

• We ship items only Monday to Friday. Deadline for Friday shipping is 4PM.
• For international shipping please note that estimated delivery dates are 4-9 days but according to our experience in some cases, delivery takes even up to 3 weeks so please keep that in mind and contact us if in doubt.

• If your item arrived damaged please contact us and send us 3 pictures (1: outer packaging, 2: inner packaging, 3: damaged product) that will help us to speed up the claim process. 
• All defective items must be reported and returned to us within 30 days of purchase.
• The buyer is responsible for return postage costs. If a damage is caused by our party we will refund also postage costs.
• If you wish to return your purchase, please contact us with your order number and a reason why you want to return the goods before shipping them back to us.
• If you are unhappy with the purchase you made please return your unwanted goods unopened and in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of receipt for a full refund - minus shipping costs.
