Most shipping is done via USPS or UPS Ground.   The cost of shipping always includes tracking .   All items are shipped within 1-2 days, maybe a little longer if we have issue locatin/packaging the item.   If you would like your item rushed please do not hesitate to contact us…. we do next day and two day air.   Items should arrive 2-6 days after shipping provided there are no postal delays.

 When purchasing our surplus equipment you are agreeing to hold harmless the seller in any event of accident, injury, damage, or loss that may arise, under any circumstance, from use of purchased item(s).  The conditions of the items are described to the best of our ability.  It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to assess the compatibility/application of the items purchased.  There are no warranties, expressed or implied, as to the suitability of these products for any given use. 

 We at Rocky Mountain Surplus strive to be fair and honest.    All items have original, as is photos included so you can see the exact condition of the items.  We don’t use pretty stock photos to mis-represent our products.    If you need more images, just ask. 

We buy from major companies their surplus items, most of which are new, unused items that they no longer wish to stock.   Some have original packing, some are still new but are not in original packing.    We will do our best to describe that for you in our postings.   We can not test all items before shipping, our assumption is, if its new or on occasion factory rebuilt... it works.    Used items are identified as such where possible.   Sometimes the factories buy an item, test it out for an intended application, that does not work out as they planned and they shelf the item for potential future use.  Many of our used items are like new because of this.   We do not sell heavily used items, the scrap metal yard gets those.   Shipping it not cheap, so we bundle quantities occasionally so we can realize a profit on the deal.

Rocky Mountain Surplus utilizes the eBay Global Shipping program, where our items are shipped to a centralized eBay location for processing.  Fees associated with this service are included at the time of check out.    Buyers are responsible for all international shipping fees and import duties.   If you are international, let us know before purchasing and we will work with you to avoid the eBay Global Shipping fees.  You are still responsible for any and all import duties.
