The sizes in the drop down menu are the internal size where the boards will sit so please make your boards 3mm to 5mm smaller so they will fit with ease.

We can make these in 8 mm 40mm but for normal use 6mm x 40 is plenty strong enough
Tested with 80kg on each bracket and can take more.
Fixings are supplied with 1 bracket 2 x 10mm wall plug 2 x 8mm x 60mm coach Screws.
The size 10 mm nylon wall plug will need a 10mm drill bit for a masonry wall. The 8mm x 60mm coach screws can also be used in wooden beams or in wooden stud walling using a 4.5 mm pilot hole. and a 13mm heads spanner or socket is required for the bolt head.
