Here is an artist Illustrated comic strip character in full color.During 1990,s the post office issued postage stamp that depicted this character. Shown here is is double matted print size 12 x 15 inches of that stamp. Post Office issued 20 different characters and we have listed them all.To see them all go to our Ebay Store and enter=comic Strip= in the search field.On the back the post office listed details of the character and when the comic stip was run in the newspapers To the best of my knowledge the post office never displayed them and they are not often  seen.
