1) Description - I don't accept returns unless I made a mistake in the description. Let me know if I have as I am only human, and make sure to do your own due diligence in reading the description and viewing the pictures.

2) Communication - Please feel free to send any reasonable requests or questions you may have before bidding and I will answer as best as I can.

3) Shipping time - Before deciding to buy here, understand that due to the nature of my work, it can take me a long time to ship out. See shipping details before buying to see if that works for you. As you can see by my feedback, I often ship more quickly than that.

4) Shipping and handling charges - most of my items are shipped for free, otherwise you will see a flat rate charge on the listing. It's usually some fraction of the actual charge and I cover the rest, it's just easier for me that way.
