We fully understand that when you buy online you don’t get the opportunity to see the product up close, and at times this may result in your order being returned to us. If on receiving your product you are not 100% satisfied with the item purchased please contact us by email within 7 days of receipt to arrange a return.
The item must be unused in origional packaging with labels attached. As the buyer you are responsible for any postge costs to return the item, it is recomended that you obtain a proof of posting as no item can be refunded if it is not received, and occasionally post does get lost in the system.

Exchange Items: If your need to exchange a product simply return the item and enclose full name and address details Tel no, including details of the exchanged item i.e. size, colour required. Please note that the buyer is responsible for the postal charges when returning an item for both an exchange or refund.
