The majority of our designs are created in house by ourselves, however, should any of our designs breach any registered trademarks or infringe any copyright laws it was not our intention to do so and therefore we kindly ask you to contact us so we can address the issue immediately. Payment:
The only payments accepted are through PayPal unless otherwise stated within the listing. If the item listed is too large for shipping and has to be collected then we would prefer cash on collection. All items must be paid for within 3 days of winning the auction/listing.

Post & Packing:
Please remember, 'Post and Packaging' costs are exactly that. Quite often people will see the cost of the postage on the package when it arrives and automatically assume they've been overcharged. However, post and packaging is not only what the post office charge us, it also includes the cost of the packaging (postal tubes, bubble envelopes, boxes etc), the packaging tape to secure the packaging, sales invoices, etc. Please bear this in mind when star rating us upon leaving your feedback.

Shipping:
Please Note: All items are made to order and will be shipped within 72 hours of payment clearing (excluding weekends and bank holidays). We will only post to the address used in your eBay account, so be sure this is complete and correct as we cannot be held responsible for items not being delivered due to incorrect address details.

None Delivered / Missing Items:
In the unlikely event  item(s) do not arrive, or missing in the post, it is standard practice to issue an identical replacement to the original order, but only after the maximum delivery threshold stated by the delivery service used. On most occasions none delivery is due to incomplete or incorrect address details.  We cannot be held responsible for incomplete addresses and it is down to the buyer to double check the shipping / delivery address is full and correct to avoid none delivery of your purchase(s).  Refunds will only be issued if the goods are faulty and/or arrive damaged (evidence required). 

Returns:
We have a 14 day returns policy. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you're welcome to return it to us for a full refund of the purchase price providing the item is undamaged, unused and returned in the original packaging. We do not refund return postage costs therefore, all return postage costs must be met by the purchaser. Note: For obvious reasons we cannot accept returns or issue refunds on personalised items.

Please remember, we are here to help you, answer your questions and resolve any issues you might have, we are not here to ignore you or rip you off.

If you need to ask a question before making a purchase, feel free to use the 'contact seller' link and we'll reply as soon as we can. We normally answer questions Mondays to Fridays on a day to day basis and in most cases you should receive a reply the same day, however, if you ask a question Friday evening, it could get Monday morning before you receive a reply from us, so please bear this in mind when contacting us.
