The Team Associated TC7.1 Factory Team Hook & Loop Battery Strap Kit includes CNC-machined blue aluminum battery retainers. A hook & strap is used in place of strapping tape, allowing quicker battery changes without the need for replacing the tape. This is compatible with the TC6, TC6.1, TC6.2, TC7 and TC7.1.
For the TC7 and 7.1 it is suggested to file a small part of the front battery holder a bit. Install into car and turn steering all the way to the RIGHT. Where the rack makes contact, just sand or file that spot on the holder.
