Payment
• WE ONLY ACCEPT PAYPAL.

Shipping
• Most orders are handled same or next business day Mon - Fri. We ship via USPS only.
• Additional shipping requests (signature confirmation, insurance, etc) must be made at time of order. I there is an additional costs payment must be made before shipping.
• Occasionally packages are returned to us as, "Undeliverable." When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we will send an e-mail notifying you of the return. We do not issue refunds on undeliverable packages, as we rely on the shipping information you provided to us, through PayPal Check-out.
• We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you would still like to purchase items that were undeliverable, you are welcome to send payment for an additional shipping attempt to a confirmed/verified address.
• Mail carriers may deem a package undeliverable for any of the following reasons:
   Incorrect or Out-of-date Address
  P.O. Box Format: When entering a post office box as a shipping address, please be sure to enter it as "P.O. BOX" followed by the designated box number. Otherwise, it may mistakenly be sent through a carrier that won't deliver to those addresses.
  Other Address Problems: Some organizations have stern delivery restrictions for their residents. These rules are determined independently and may vary.
  Illegible Label: In rare cases, it is possible that the address became illegible during the shipping and handling process.
• Failed Delivery Attempts: Most mail carriers make one to three attempts to deliver a package. After the attempts at delivery, either a note will be left on your door and/or the package will be returned to us (your payment will NOT be refunded).
• Refused by Recipient: If a gift recipient is not expecting a gift, they may refuse the package if they believe it was sent to them in error. If you still want to send these items, you may send payment for an additional shipping attempt and let the recipient know that a surprise is on the way.
• Once a package is dropped off at our carrier for delivery, we do not have any control over the package. In case of errors or delays caused by the shipping carrier, we will help resolve the matter to the best of our ability, yet we not be held responsible or liable.
• If an item sells out during the current listing,  you will be notified and refunded.

International Shipping
• We ship your items domestically to the eBay US shipping center. Once received by the US shipping center, international shipping is handled by eBay with tracking—using a fast, reliable carrier. Ebay handles preparing customs forms and remitting applicable import charges that are pre-paid by your buyer. If your country is eligible, it will show on the item page.
• We are not responsible for any Customs / Duty Fees.
• International shipping can take between 10-25 business days but can vary depending on the time of year and or holiday.
• All shipping cost are the buyers responsibly.
• International shipping fees are non refundable.

Refunds & Returns
• If you have an issue, please contact us through eBay first before leaving feedback. Your satisfaction is our #1 goal!
• For orders that are returnable, you must contact us via eBay message to make return arrangements.
• We do carry multiple items in stock for some of our products and will first attempt to replace the item before providing a refund.
• There is a 15% restocking fee for any non-defective returns.
• Product must be in original condition and be returned with all original components and packaging.
• As per eBay policy as well as our own; buyer pays all return shipping cost.
• Although we do offer free shipping to the US on some items, there is a shipping cost that we pay. Therefore, any item that is returned will be refunded minus our shipping costs.
