LG 50 Milk Base is a gelato stabilizer
with a neutral flavour. This product is ideal for hot process but can also be
used to create an easy cold process gelato. With the addition of flavour
pastes, one can make delicious gelato.
Ingredients in our LG50 Milk Base
product are simple and original. They are made from six types of various sugar
emulsifiers and vegetable fibre and vegetable protein as stabilizers.
We proudly call LG50 Milk Base proper
Kosher, Halal and Gluten Free. It is also suitable for vegetarians with the use
of dairy products. There is No egg yolk and No gelatin in our product.
Please remember, you cannot leave the
mix in domestic freezer to make the ice cream. To make ice cream - you have to
use ice cream maker whether domestic ice cream maker or commercial batch
freezer, it makes no difference.
Ice cream made with water is not the
same as the ice cream made with fresh milk and fresh cream. Ice Cream made with
LG50 powder and fresh milk and cream is suitable for deep freezer storage and
is more luxurious than regular water based soft ice cream.
Tips for making homemade ice cream with detachable bowl for freezing. The bowls of home-made ice cream makers take 24 hours to freeze, and they need to be frozen to -24 Degrees. Please do not use this type of ice cream maker if you can, but if that is the only machine you have to make your ice cream then please follow this advice; 1) Make sure your ice cream base is chilled cold before churning it, the colder the better. 2) Place the bowl at least 24 hours in a bag in the freezer, and make sure your freezer is set to maximum freeze. 3) Do not overfill your home-made ice cream maker with the base, as the idea is to freeze. 4) Do not over-churn the ice cream. You can never make proper ice cream with this kind of machine, as the result you will get soft and sticky ice cream. No matter how long your ice cream maker keeps churning, the ice cream magic is not going to happen. 5) The ice cream will firm after it's transferred to the freezer and left to harden for at least four hours. Just churn your ice cream until it is thick, and about the consistency of soft serve, then transfer to another container and store in the freezer. That’s it.
