We are passionate about customer service. Under normal circumstances any order placed with cleared payment by 2pm Monday to Friday (excluding UK public holidays) is dispatched the same day.

Please Note : Due to new Royal Mail regulations we can only dispatch a total of 5 polish items per package. If you have ordered more than 5 items we will send your order in two or more separate packages. 

Delivery on most of our listings is free within the UK and sent by either Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class, the actual service offered is always confirmed on each individual listing. If we offer free 2nd class post on a listing you will have the option to upgrade to 1st Class for an additional cost during the checkout process. On a few listings we do charge postage but only the actual postage we pay, this enables us to be as competitive as possible on pricing and offer real value for money to our customers. 

We always confirm posting on the actual day posted and eBay automatically message you regarding dispatch once we update the status. You can always confirm the posting date by checking the order status of the transaction on the eBay system. European and Overseas deliveries (if offered) are sent by Airmail Small Packet service.  Please see delivery options for these services and pricing.

In case that VB Line gel does not work, or for some reason the support is not able to solve the problem.

The buyer is entitled to 14 day money back guarantee.

The warranty period is counted from the date of sending VB Line nail gel polish.
