Items will be posted by standard mail (regular letter mail) with no tracking number.

If you require extra insurance, please choose express post which will come with a tracking number. In the unlikely event of an item being lost/not delivered, or delivered damaged, we can't be held responsible as it entirely depends on Australia Post. 

Term of Sale (please read before purchasing)

Items can only be returned if they have undisclosed damage or are not as described.

Please contact me within 48 hours after receiving your item if you have any issue. 

I will try my best to resolve any problem. However, if a resolution can not be reached, I will issue a refund once the item has been returned to me in its original packaging. Return postage is buyer's responsibility. The return must take place within 48 hours after returning decision has been made. 

Postage costs (if any) are not usually refunded unless item is not as described.
