We offer same day shipping on all items purchased before 3pm, Mon - Fri. Items purchased after 3pm on Friday will not be shipped out until Monday.
First Class items usually arrive next day but please allow 3-5 working days before contacting us as we cannot control Royal Mails delays
All keyboard keys are posted out by second class post unless postage is upgraded. If you are in a hurry for it, pay for first class. Second class sometimes arrives next day but please allow 5 working days.
International items should arrive within 3-5 working days but please allow 10 days before contacting us.

We have a 30 day return policy. All of our items are security marked or have security stickers, please don't tamper with these or we cannot issue a refund.
