SHIPPING RETURNS PAYMENT

We send your order as quickly and cost effectively as possible. Most products will be shipped within 1 business day by Australia Post e-Parcel. Each parcel carries with it a barcode, which is scanned during the delivery process so you can track exactly where your parcel is. To track the status of your parcel click http://auspost.com.au/track/  The parcel will be delivered to your door where you will be required to sign for it.

If no one is home, a card will be left advising which post office the parcel is left at and you can then collect it. If a card has not been left, you can use the e-Parcel website to determine if it has arrived at your local Australia Post Office where you can simply go and collect it.

You will receive your parcel within 2 -7 working days after shipment,depending where you live. Please note that delays can occur with Australia Post in busy periods like Christmas.

We will try our best to get all products to you as fast as possible.

We are not responsible for unclaimed items.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding shipping. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc).

We are unable to refund used or damaged items, items that have been removed from their original packaging and are simply the wrong size or wrong colour or items not returned in their original packaging in a manner suitable for resale. If the item is returned in a damaged or unsuitable for resale manner we will charge a stocking fee of 50% of the items cost.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 business days).

If you need to return an item contact us by email or telephone. Let us know when the item is dispatched and we'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. 

We accept payment only via PayPal.

Payment is required at the time of purchase and placement of your order. Payment is charged/debited at the end of the complete check-out process. You will not be charged prior to the final step, and can choose not to proceed at any time before payment is taken.

We do not currently accept payment via Gift Cards or e-Gift Cards online.

MosquitoNets is a family business with over 15 years of experience. We are located in the Northern Rivers of NSW.

Our home and office, as well as our Northern Rivers warehouse and despatch rooms, are powered by solar energy. We genuinely care about this beautiful planet of ours and suggest that using a mosquito net canopy, opening a window and turning off an air conditioner is good for the environment and good for everyone.
