RETURNS:

Items must be returned within 14 days from purchase date. If your item has been damaged during shipping, please contact us right away so we can start the retuning process. Please DO NOT RETURN the item before contacting us.

For NEW ITEMS: We only accept returns of unopened, unused items, in its original sealed packaging. There is a 20% restocking fee for items returned in opened packaging.
For USED ITEMS: We only accept returns of DOA or items damaged during shipping.
