Sunshine Cloths are the best polishing cloths I have found.  I use them all the time, primarily for Sterling Silver: the jewellery I hand-craft, any of my vintage finds that absolutely need some tarnish removed before I wear or sell them, and my own personal jewellery.  

They will bring an item back to like-new shine, or just remove the bulk of the patina, as you might want on vintage items.  

I've shown a few examples in the photos above: a silver bench bead (before and after), a long copper bead on a vintage necklace I'm just starting to work on, and matching Navajo silver cones, one as it was, one polished just a little to bring up the shine. 

They are ideal for Sterling Silver, Gold, Brass, Copper, Stainless Steel, Glass, Mirrors, and other such hard surfaces.

I only use, and recommend, them for solid metals, NOT on plated metals, or softer surfaces such as Lucite, amber, pearls, enamel, etc.  For these, a quality microfibre or other abrasive-free, lint-free cloth is safest.
