Discreet Shipment:
This is a private listing, meaning that your purchase will not be able to be viewed by the public.. and if you leave feedback/feedback is left for you.. the item name will not show in your feedback profile, although our ebay seller name will show.
We ship discretely in plain packaging with no identifiable indicator of the package contents.

International orders are shipped on a calculated basis. Upgraded shipping options available on a calculated basis. Orders received by 1pm EST M-F will ship the same day, otherwise will be shipped on the next shipping day. (M-F excluding postal holidays)
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing your order.
If you've made a mistake with your shipping address at checkout, please submit a cancellation request through Ebay's system ASAP so that we do not process & ship your order with the incorrect address. We will no longer ship to 'corrected' addresses through the messaging system. You must cancel your order and re-purchase your item with the correct address as part of Ebay's checkout system. Although we make our best effort to check for cancellations prior to shipping, this is not a 100% guarantee that your order can be cancelled before it is shipped. We are only liable to ship to the address that is entered when you checkout. Any merchandise returned to us due to an incorrect address will be refunded when the parcel comes back to us.
Again- to avoid any issues with your order please double-check your shipping address when you place your order.
Postal Issues:
We do not assume responsibility for stolen or mis-delivered mail. If you feel that your address is not a safe place to receive packages, please have your item shipped to a PO Box. All claims of 'delivered but not received' packages should be directed to your local post office or mail carrier.
If your package does not arrive by the estimated arrival time, please check your tracking number in your 'My Ebay' tab. Often the parcel is soon to be delivered. If it appears as though the parcel is lost (more than a few days after your estimated delivery and no tracking movement), please contact us and we'll get it straightened out for you.
Puerto Rico shipments- At this time there are still delays with shipments from the US to PR. You may be required to pick your parcel up at your local post office to receive your package. Shipments to Puerto Rico will be treated as international orders (7-14 business days allowed for arrival), until the postal service is back in full working order on the island. Please ensure your address is correct at checkout, as our system does not verify most Puerto Rican addresses.
Return Policy:
All of our products are covered by our 'Try 1' 60 day refund policy. That means if you 'Try 1' and don't like the effect, simply ship the rest back in original condition, and we'll give you a full refund. Any product used/opened beyond the first one will be deducted from the refunded amount on a pro-rated basis.
