To keep the price low, some items are not part of the sale. The HED Wheelset in the pix is NOT included in the sale. Instead, I'll be adding the standard wheelset that came with the bike (see stand alone wheelset pic). To include the HEDs (Jet Black 9) please consider an additional $1200. Also, the saddle and pedals are not included. I'll replace the saddle with a Specialized saddle (see pic). I converted the standard 10 speed that the bike comes with to an 11 speed Ultegra 6800 (practically new, used components in one 70.3 race).  Specifically:  - 170mm 53/39 Crankset (replaced the BB to Ultegra as well)  - Ultegra 6800 rear derailleur (Short Cage).  - Ultegra 6800 front derailleur  - Ultegra 6800 Cassette 11x25  - Dura Ace 11 Speed Shifters  - New Ultegra Chain (obviously)  Never got around to replacing the brake levers, they work great so I didn't see the need.
