This is truly a magnificent sized medal, has to be larger to accomodate the 24" chain.  Back of medal is plain with the wording Creed Italy. Allot of room for engraving. I have terrible lighting in my kitchen I realize it looks gold but its the silver color. The medal is bright cut by hand to ensure high quality detail & definition.  Medal is taken from the original castings masters in Italy.     Actually medals are made in USA.
