RETURN POLICY - ALL BIDDERS, PLEASE READ:  Customer satisfaction is my number one priority. If you feel you need to return an item for any reason, please email me first before taking any other steps. I take plenty of high resolution pictures and video of each item I sell, so please carefully review those and ask any questions before making a purchase. Items are used, as-is unless otherwise stated. Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover fees, re-listing and other charges for reasons including but not limited to: accidental purchase, buyer's remorse, changed mind, and incorrect fitment. If you feel the item is not to your satisfaction, a return will be accepted without fees. Please remember, I would prefer to work with you first as I am an independent seller with a very small inventory and can't afford to have a return policy like the big box stores. INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS - PLEASE READ: International buyers are 100% responsible for all customs fees, import charges and taxes - please take note of these fees before placing a bid and bid accordingly.I ship the vast majority of international shipments through Ebay's Global shipment program (GSP), where all shipment costs and related fees are set directly by eBay. Any packages shipped outside of the GSP will be shipped through an international service with full tracking, such as USPS Express Mail International. I will not mark the package as a gift, international packages are always marked as "merchandise". Please be aware - some countries set limits on maximum allowed insurance. If your country is one that does this, I can only insure a package for the maximum allowable amount, sometimes as low as $500. By bidding, the buyer accepts responsibility for covering any damages during shipping over the maximum insurance amount allowed by their country. Due to high shipping charges, returns are not allowed on international purchases.

OTHER DISCLAIMERS AND POLICIES: All items will be shipped to comply with Ebay and PayPal's buyer and seller safety policies, no exceptions. This means that any item over $200 will be shipped with insurance and signature confirmation. All items are professionally packed to insure a safe trip. By bidding, the buyer agrees to report any shipping damage directly to the shipping company and file any claims through them. I will be happy to assist with any information or reference materials that could help with a damage claim, but I cannot be held liable for shipping damage incurred after the item has left my possession. Any serial numbers and/or identifying marks are photographed and retained by the seller for records and buyer / seller safety. Item condition is described to the best of my ability and plenty of pictures are provided for reference, but please remember this may be a used/vintage item and please judge the condition for yourself. GEMSTONE COLOR DISCLAIMER: Colors and shades of all jewelry and gemstones will be represented accurately to the best of my ability. All products for sale are photographed using professional equipment under strong lighting to show the highest level of detail. As such, some colors can appear slightly off, or slightly lighter or darker than what one might see in person. Stones especially effected by this lighting descrepancy are mainly tourmalines. Also effected are stones with a more intense color - especially those with a red hue. In these cases, the pictures taken are sometimes digitally un-enhanced to appear more like what you would see in person. That said, the photos are never enhanced to have a more saturated or vibrant look. If you require a very specific color or would like to see how any particular stone looks in various lighting situations (such as natural sunlight, shade, or night time) - please contact me before bidding and I will be glad to help.
