They are not helmets that belong to a dealer where they are on display or have been tried on by 'who knows' how many customers. They are also NOT helmets that have been sold on eBay and then returned to the dealer. Do you really want a helmet from a business that accepts returns? Do you know whether or not that other buyer dropped the helmet or not?
98% of the time Arai helmets will ship the next working day after your order is placed. Usually the delay is caused by the buyer not relaying what size they would like. There are rare occasions when the helmet sold is in a remote location  and there is a 3 day delay. This rarely take place though.
