We’re sure you’ll love the products we sell, but if there’s a problem that means you need to send the item back, then we’re here to make the process as hassle free as possible.

The item I have received is not what I ordered or is damaged

If you receive an incorrect order or the item you receive is damaged please report it to us within 24 hrs of receipt.

Your rights under The Distance Selling Act

You have up to 14 working days after you have received your goods to cancel your order.

Things to remember

When returning any item please ensure that all tags and packaging are intact and that the item is unused.  If you return an item without its original tags or packaging then we reserve the right to withhold part of your refund.  Items which are sold without tags/packaging are an exception to this but must still remain unused.

1.      Contact us about your return –please avoid just sending the item back without telling us.

2.      Send the item back to us – we recommend that you use a trackable postage service and retain a proof of postage until we have safely received the item – goods are your responsibility until then!  Please package goods securely and include your name and address and whether a replacement or refund is required. Please note that items returned will be at the customer’s expense.

3.      Receive your refund – Once we have received your item back and it meets our required standards as outlined above, we’ll process your refund. Please allow 48 hrs for us to do this.  Your refund will be sent to the payment method originally used and you will be notified.
