Delivery times, lost post & orders not arriving

If your order hasn't arrived we are here to help you, so please contact us via your eBay message centre

After an order has been dispatched we are in the hands of the postal system, who on occasions lose items and sometimes can be very slow. This is as frustrating for us as it is for you.

If your order hasn't arrived within 14 working days in the UK or 21 working days outside the UK we will send out a replacement via recorded delivery. Sorry we can'tsend out replacements before this time.
