What’s included & is it suitable for my yard?

This item is a complete Ball Barrier package. Selecting this option gets you:
• Netting: A high quality 10m x 3m Polyethylene Net with edge finishes crafted to a very high standard. It has a heavy duty rope stitched border with 500mm Tie-Offs in each corner.
• 2 Support Posts: 32mm Steel Tube, finished in gloss black for a sleek finish. They come with included Turf/Grass Spikes and are a simple 4-piece “Click-Lock” type of assembly.
• Support Wires: 2 Stainless Steel Wires are included for EACH post.
• Heavy Duty pegs: For securing the wires to your grass surface.

Select this package if you plan to create a very high quality barrier net in your backyard, and:
• Have Grass/turf where you plan for your posts to be setup. (The posts have a turf/spike on the bottom so cannot therefore be attached onto a Hard Surface)
• Looking for a more affordable option than Concreting in Heavy Duty support posts.
• Looking for a more semi-permanent type of installation (put it up just during sports Season OR leave it up all year round.. it’s up to you).
• Have enough space to fit the net, as well as some surrounding space for the pole support wires.

(If your grassed area is dry, making it hard… you may be required to prepare the turf prior to installation. The spikes are designed for insertion to medium to soft grass surfaces only, with excessive force being used to insert into hard surfaces potentially damaging the spikes.)

Express post or express courier may be available, however it must be organised manually with one of our staff vie phone or email. Please note that these shipping costs can be significantly higher as although a product may be light, express shipments are calculated on volumetric size.

Which freight company will delivery my parcel? and what if I'm not home?

Haverford Pty Ltd uses a range of carriers, utilising different services for different sizes parcels and different locations. Our staff determine the most appropriate service to suit your order. As a general rule, couriers are used throughout metropolitan areas and for larger orders, Australia Post is used for rural areas, and DHL is used for international orders.

Every order we send has item TRACKING, so you can track the progress of your delivery. If you have a specific courier requirement simply enter it in the special instructions section of the website checkout.

If you are not likely to be home at the time of delivery you have two options:

1. Have the courier driver leave a failed to deliver card. You will then need to contact the freight company and reschedule delivery for a suitable time OR collect it from your local post office (if sent via Australia Post)
2. You can request the driver to “Leave” the parcel in a safe place such as at the front door or through the side gate. You can give your “Authority to Leave” in the special instructions section of the website checkout.
