Orders sent out first class should reach you within 1 to 2 days of dispatch and second class within 2 to 3 days but please note that there can occasionally be a postal delay and Royal Mail will not consider an item missing until 15 working days have passed.

You may return the goods in an unused condition for up to 14 days after you receive them.
