Detailed antique monochrome architectural print, dated 1876 in the top margin.  Suitable for framing, good margins surrounding image.  Paper a little age toned otherwise very good. Photo lithographed by James Akerman. Slight crease across the image, probably a binding fault or a fault in the paper used.

The Building News was first published in 1857 as a weekly magazine and continued until 1926 when it was merged with "The Architect" and continued to be published up to 1968
