This Skylanders: Giants (Series 2) glow-in-the-dark version of Sonic Boom was exclusively available in Wal-Mart stores. It is considered rare, and collectible after it was discontinued due to it's exclusive and unique nature.

Sonic Boom (Glow In The Dark) is a character from the Air element and was released as part of the Giants video game.
