POSTAGE AND PAYMENTS

We endeavor to dispatch all orders placed by 12pm on the same day. Note that we do not work on weekends or bank holidays, and courier companies do not collect or deliver on weekends or bank holidays. Our opening hours are Monday-Friday 9am-4pm. Orders placed after 10 am on Friday will be dispatched from our premises on the following Monday. If you contact us outside working hours, we will respond as soon as we are back in the office.

Please note that we can only dispatch to the address you provide as the delivery address on your PayPal payment. We are unable to accept change of addresses over email. PayPal does allow you to change your delivery address when making payment.

Payments: Payment is accepted via PayPal only.

Please email us through the eBay messaging system if you have any queries. Our opening hours are Monday-Friday, 9am-4pm. If you email us outside these hours, we will respond as soon as possible when we return the office. Please do not contact us using any other email address - these are not regularly checked, hence please use the eBay messaging system.

RETURN POLICY

Our aim is to keep all our customers entirely satisfied. If for any reason you are not happy with the product, we will issue a full refund upon receipt of the returned goods- no questions asked. This applies for 30 days after purchase. If you are unhappy with any of our products or services, please always e-mail us PRIOR to leaving feedback, and allow us a chance to resolve.

DELIVERY TERMS

We offer a 24h courier service which includes a trackable service. Estimated delivery alert by SMS will be sent by the courier company if a mobile number has been provided. 

The courier company will attempt to deliver your parcel the next working day. Signature on delivery will be required. If no-one is in or if the courier cannot gain access, they will try to deliver it to a neighbour if this option has been specified by the buyer. If the delivery is unsuccessful, the driver will leave a card with instructions to contact the courier company. 

Once a first delivery has been attempted but hasn't been successful, the courier company will hold the parcel at their depot for 4 working days while they wait for YOU to get in touch with them in order to arrange re-delivery or for YOU to collect the parcel directly from your local depot. 

If they haven't heard from you within the 4 day period then the parcel will be returned to us. Once this has happened if you would like the item to be re-delivered then you will be required to pay the delivery cost for re-delivery. 

If you choose at this point that you no longer want the item and you would like a refund, then we will refund you the cost of the item, less the original carriage fee paid to us (if any) and less the £15 return to sender fee that we will have been charged by the courier.
