1. Delivery time:

※ For Expedited Int'l Shipping, there will be extra charge for delivery in the remote area. So if you are not sure, please check on the DHL website before order. In case you are in the remote area, please send us inquiry before order, we will calculate the exact freight cost for you. 

2. We will not take any responsibility for the customs clearance in destination country. If you are not sure about the procedure and document required for importation, please consult with your local customs.

3. There might be importing tax/charge and VAT occurred in the destination customs. It is not included in the price and we will not be responsible for the cost. 

Warranty:

1. Please kindly contact us before return of the product. In some cases, the claimed defects are actually due to improper method of usage and some other reasons that might be solved with our technical support. 

2. We will repair for you without any charge within warranty period stated above. 

3. The warranty is not available once the products are damaged by improper use on the buyer's end.

We are dedicating to provide better quality of goods and customer experience, and are not selling wrong or faulty products on purpose, but in rare case, there might be mistake before packing and uncontrollable situation happened during transportation (such as customs opening/overstake in the carrier’s facility). If you received the wrong and faulty item, please kindly send me message or email before submitting the case to Ebay or Paypal. 

1.    Not as described: please send us the clear picture of the item received; 

2.    Broken/deformation: please take picture before open the package and the goods after opening of box; 

3.    Faulty: Please send us clear pictures.
