The pictures show the items you will receive.  This sale consists of one used Magellan Maestro 4040 GPS.  Excellent condition and works great.  Lightly used.  No scratches on screen.  I see no scratches on the body either.  No gouges, dents, cracks or broken parts.  Unit charged up nicely and battery seemed good during testing.  Comes with 2 CDs, car mount, AC and DC chargers, USB cable and original box.

About Batteries   Unless I state the battery is new there are no guarantees on batteries.  Ebay offers the best prices.  I'll try to estimate battery condition, but I've been wrong at times.  

Shipping  Usually the customer pays shipping plus a small amount to cover packaging.  Even fragile items will arrive safely; I'm good at packing.  You can be confident that your item will arrive in the same condition as shown in the pictures.  Items sometimes ship the same day, guaranteed to ship on the next business day.     

Payment   Payment is usually via PayPal but sometimes other forms of payment are OK. Contact us to see what will work.  If you are using PayPal I will only ship to the PayPal address.  Payment must be within 4 days of the auction end.
