Items damaged during shipping may be returned. Used items may only be returned if they are found to have damage that was not mentioned in the listing. Items such as shoes that are the wrong size may be exchanged for a different size (if available, otherwise store credit will be offered) Lingerie, undergarments, hosiery and swimwear, or any other intimate items, are not acceptable to exchange for any reason (Other than damage during shipping). Once removed from packaging these items will be considered used, and therefor non-returnable. Refund will be for bid price, bidders accept full responsibility for shipping charges.
