This blanket is made from a similar material to a microfibre cloth, it does not have a thick filling and has a sheet cover thickness. It would be a beautiful way to cover up at the beach for instance but would require a softer yoga mat placed beneath.
The 7 chakra design is also a great aid in meditation allowing you to connect and resonate with each of the chakras.
