In general case, transit time is 7-21 working days via DHL ecommerce mail or Thailand Post.
Tracking information for standard shipping may not update for some countries such as Israel, Canada, Australia, New Zealand.
DHL ecommerce mailFor DHL ecommerce mail, tracking information is available from Origin (Thailand) to Germany (DHL ecommerce hub). Tracking information in some destination countries may not update.
Standard shipping for Israel, Australia, Canada can take up to 4-8 weeks and tracking information does not update in destination countries.
Standard shipping for some countries in South America, can take up to 3 months and tracking information does not update.
Standard/economy shipping to some areas, such as South America,
South Africa, Oceania, Israel, Australia, Canada can take up to 4-12 weeks. Also tracking information does not
update in some destination countries. Buyers agree to wait, not to claim for not
receiving package. Buyer can request for shipment investigation. If final result from DHL is package lost, we will refund your order.
Valid day phone number is required for the delivery.
For economy shipping, tracking information is not available in destination countries. Shipment can be tracked only from Thailand - DHL hub in Germany/Singapore.
