A single organic kombucha scoby to start your own brew

This is an organically grown and super strong scoby ready to start brewing NOT a dried-frozen-processed scoby you find online

The scoby is well looked after and it is a few weeks old, means mature enough to start brewing between 1-2 L of sweet tea

The size is about 5cm / 1.9 inch in diameter, size is not important as the weight is the most important factor when brewing kombucha

It comes with a small amount of starter tea and instructions (online)

The scoby is shipped using Royal Mail in a sealed bag and bubble wrap envelope to secure safe delivery
