Tax invoices are available upon request. AUSF accept payment through Paypal, bank transfer, and credit card. 

AUSF use TNT for interstate orders. 98% of products are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days. Once in the hands of the couriers, freight times are outside of our control. As Australia is a large and diverse country please allow 5-10 business days for delivery.

A tracking number will be e-mailed once the item is dispatched, shipping record can be tracked online.

If no one is home to sign for the article; a card will be left and the item will need to be picked up from the local depot.

Pickup is available for most products, please contact us to arrange it beforehand. Our Melbourne warehouses are open on weekdays between 8AM and 4PM. Warehouses shut early at 3PM on Friday.

At AUSF we try our best to deliver you the best products and the best services. We understand there may come a time when you need to return a purchase from us. We want to make the returns as simple as possible for you.

if you are not satisfied with the goods within 7 days (30 days may apply upon different goods) of receipt you can return the goods for a full refund. Freight costs will not be refunded. Goods are to be returned at customers' cost and must be returned in original packages and condition for a refund.

We do not refund for incorrectly ordered goods and/or transport fees or costs.

Local Pickup Customers have the responsibility to check the goods carefully. This is before signing the receiving document from the warehouse. Once Signed, we assumed the item is received in Good and Undamaged Condition. We do not refund or replace any local pickup’s own transport damage.
