Shipping:

Please be aware that we don’t always receive a tracking number until the item is scanned at the courier. Therefore, your item may have been shipped, but the tracking number won’t be available immediately. We will update your order with your tracking number as soon as it becomes available to us.

We aim to have all items delivered within 5-7 business days.

Your order will be dispatched the next working day for orders placed before 2pm (on business days) or the following working business day if placed after 2pm. Standard service is by 3-5 working day courier.

International shipping is only available through the eBay Global Shipping Programme.

Shipping is not available to PO Boxes, postage cannot be combined and we do not offer a local pick up service.

Some items can only be dispatched to the UK Mainland due to restrictions put in place by our couriers.

We are unable to send to an address different to that on your eBay order, please do not ask us to do so. This is for buyer and seller protection and is imposed by both eBay and Paypal.

Returns:

We accept returns within 30 days and in original packaging and condition (we advise you retain the original packaging until you are completely satisfied with your purchase). Please contact us directly to arrange any returns.
