All orders are cut from blanks when the order is received. Because of this, we cannot offer a refund or free replacement if you order the wrong key. If the key is the correct one you are sure you need, but not working we will replace it for you at no cost to try again. 

Each key is cut to order when you place your order to provide you the best service because we cater directly to you. As a small family business we do not keep a back stock of cut keys. We cut your keys to order using high quality key blanks when you order. 

Because each key is cut when orders are placed and we cut thousands of variants, we cannot offer a refund on the keys that you order unless it is a faulty cut. Our high quality machines are well maintained, but things happen and we will do what we can to make sure you have what you need.
