  • Quality Of Silk Fill:  Do not settle for less than "100% Mulberry Silk" filling. Some comforters are manufactured from lesser silk fill materials, such as Habutai silk, Tussah silk, and Wild silk (Habutai, Tussah and Wild silks are appropriate to "silk fabric" applications). Mulberry silk is a longer and thicker fiber than other silks and therefore less prone to separation over time and use. Mulberry silk is also odorless, where a lesser quality silk will require an "airing-out" period prior to use.
  • Gross Silk Weight -vs- Cost:  Weight of silk is directly proportionate to cost and seasonal application. Following is a guideline as it relates to ambient room temperature during the sleep cycle:
       65 degrees and above - Summer model
       50 degrees and above - Spring Fall model
       35 degrees and above - Winter Model

Replacement Policy:
Should your new item(s) arrive damaged by the freight carrier, or should your new item(s) arrive with manufacturing defects, then simply contact us via telephone or email (within 3 days of item receipt). We will arrange for the freight carrier to return the item to us within 14 days and we will replace your item. It's that simple.
The returned item must be UNUSED and in the original packaging. We reserve the right to inspect the returned item for usage and/or damage prior to shipping the replacement.

Return Policy:

Care and Maintenance Instructions:

Our primary recommendation regarding cleaning is to dry clean with a hypoallergenic solution. However, hand washing and machine washing are acceptable cleaning methods when specific criteria are followed.

Hand Washing:

  • Wash in warm water with a mild non-alkali detergent
  • Do not use bleach or any other additive
  • Use mild agitation while washing the comforter
  • Do not wring-out the comforter
  • Drip dry the comforter by suspending the comforter within open air

Machine Washing:

  • Use the cold water or warm water setting
  • Use a mild non-alkali detergent
  • Do not use bleach or any other additive
  • Use the mildest agitation setting for washing the comforter
  • Avoid using the spin cycle
  • Do not wring-out the comforter
  • Drip dry the comforter by suspending the comforter within open air

The comforter should only require cleaning about once per year. Also, remember to air-out the comforter about twice per year by suspending the comforter within direct sunlight for a period of 1 to 2 hours.
