Postage & Delivery:-

Our items are usually despatched within one working day and are shipped via your preferred Delivery method. You will receive your items within 2-3 days of dispatch and international may vary, All international item sent through signed for delivery. When your item is dispatched you will be sent an email notification. Items are not dispatched on the Weekend and Bank Holidays. If in the unusual circumstances your parcel gets lost or can't be located by Royal Mail, they do not declare it lost till after 15 working days. Only after this time period will we be able to refund you the cost of your item. For any other inquiry please send us an E-Mail via EBay.

Most of our UK customers receive their items on the next day but this is not guaranteed and is entirely up to Royal Mail.

Exchange of goods and complaint:-

If a buyer chooses Wrong Size/Colour of your item , you may exchange within 14 days to date which goods were delivered.

The buyer pays the price of exchanging & Return.

If you find any Manufacturing fault with the  item, you need to notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item. We will cover the postage.

REFUNDS - We accept returns provided the buyer contacts us by eBay messages within 24 hours of receiving the item.

Item must be returned in its original condition within 7 days. Please ensure you enclose your eBay id and reason for return to ensure speedy refund. Incomplete details will delay the refund process. Refunds will be issued via PayPal. Cost of returning the item will be at the buyer's own expense.
