Unique Conditioning Treatment Reservoir 

The infusion straighteners have a unique conditioning treatment reservoir which can be filled up with Toni&Guy Heat Protection Mist (not included with straighteners). As you straighten your hair, the Heat Protection Mist infuses, conditions and protects your hair from heat. The straighteners are dual use so that you can use them with or without the Heat Protection Mist. 

230ºC Degree Variable Heat Control 

The straighteners are designed to heat up in seconds so that there’s no waiting around to get started. Variable temperature controls allow you to adjust the heat up to 230ºC. Turn the dial on the side of the straighteners to easily increase or decrease the heat to your desired level. 

3m Salon Cord and Auto Shut-Off Device 

An extra-long 3m salon cord gives you ultimate freedom of movement as you style to prevent them getting caught and pulling on your hair. The straighteners are also fitted with an auto shut-off safety device to safeguard from accidents if you inadvertently leave them running.

Whilst every effort is made to ensure you receive your order within the time frames outlined above, circumstances beyond our control can cause delays. This Is It Stores is not liable for any consequential loss as a result of orders being delivered late.

Goods will be sent to the delivery address provided at the checkout. Please note that items may be packaged and dispatched separately.

BFPO address

Only orders delivered by Royal Mail can be delivered to BFPO addresses.

Delivery to OUT OF AREA

For small and medium items (delivered with Yodel & Royal Mail), we will deliver to Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland at no extra cost. For large items (delivered with XDP), we may be unable to deliver to out of area post codes, therefore, please contact us before placing your order so we can check if delivery is available.

Failed Deliveries

It is the customer's responsibility to make sure they are in at the time of the delivery or that they collect the item from the depot/sorting office. Orders which are returned undelivered can be re-dispatched (additional delivery costs will be charged prior to dispatch) or refunded (minus the cost of the failed delivery).

Unwanted/Cancelled Purchases

• Must be reported within 14 days of receipt of the item
• Must be received back to us within 28 days of receipt of the item
• Must be complete in or with original packaging
• Must be in a re-sellable condition
• Must be notified prior to return

As per our terms and conditions please return all unwanted items and cancelled orders at your own cost. We advise using a tracked service and all customers should obtain proof of postage. For help returning your item(s) please contact us.

All order(s) will be checked upon receipt. If your return is accepted we will notify you via email or telephone and process your refund. If there is a problem with your return, or you fail to acknowledge the above terms and conditions, a member of our customer service team will be in touch.
