We only accept PayPal on eBay, this means you can rest assured your order will be with you ASAP after your purchase. For your security we only despatch your order to the address you provide us via PayPal.
As soon as you pay, eBay & PayPal will email you to let you know it's been received and as soon as we've shipped your order, we'll let you know by email that it has been despatched and the tracking number if applicable.

Change of Mind
Not Your Average Party make every effort to ensure that the pictures on the website depict the product accurately. However, if you decide you no longer want your order after it arrives, please contact us immediately (or within 2 days) for details on how to return the item/s for an exchange or refund.
Please note that the item/s must be returned unopened and in the original packaging. Once the order has been received back at our premises and confirmed that it is in its original condition, we will organise an exchange or full refund.
All return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.

Incorrect Address and Returned Parcels
If a parcel is returned to Not Your Average Party due to an incorrect address given, we will contact the customer immediately to confirm the correct address details and repost.
This may incur a second shipping fee at the customer's expense.
